Cost
One of our priorities when it come to youth sports is affordability. The cost of equipment, travel, and registration fees can add up quickly, and many families may not be able to afford the high costs associated with some fastpitch softball programs.
By offering lower fees, NTX Ruthless is making it easier for more families to participate in our program, which is great for both the players and the team. It also helps attract more talented players who might not have been able to afford to play otherwise.

Coaching
Coach Ruben has years of both military and coaching experience. Serving in the US Marines requires discipline, dedication, and leadership skills, which has been valuable in coaching fastpitch softball.

The combination of military and coaching experience has helped him instill important values such as teamwork, respect, and determination in his players.

Coach Howard also has both military and coaching experience. Serving as a flight medic on an air ambulance requires specialized medical training and skills, and this experience which have given Coach Howard a unique perspective on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

Having more than 20 years coaching experience, Coach Howard has a deep understanding of the game and has developed effective coaching strategies and techniques.
In fact, two of our assistant coaches have played college softball after being coached by Howard.
It's important to note that a coach's experience and qualifications are important factors to consider when selecting a team. However, it's also important to look for coaches who are supportive, encouraging, and able to help players improve their skills while also enjoying the game. A coach who can create a positive and supportive team environment is often very effective in helping players reach their full potential.
